We all have intuition. It allows us to tap into our gut. Learning to Trust our intuition can be very powerful and humbling. Listening to our intuition helps us feel and get impressions of different vibrations and frequencies.
Psychic’ and ‘intuition’ mean the same thing.
We are all born with intuition. It is part of us and helps us to make decisions based on our inner voice, subconscious perceptions, and past experiences. Intuition, in many ways, serves as a warning system, alerting us to potential dangers. For instance, if you’re walking down a dark street and your arm hair stands up, it’s often a sign of possible danger, a reaction shaped by past experiences.
Developing your intuition is possible through practice and self-awareness. Learning how to “listen to the whisper” is what I call it. Making our minds quiet usually helps as in meditation, even for ten minutes a day. Quieting our minds lets us “tap in” more freely and be more aware of our subconscious and the universe. This involves paying attention to the subtle signals our body and mind send us, sudden thoughts, ideas, or physical sensations. Intuition means “into the soul.” Listening to our intuition can help us explore different aspects of our lives and gain self-awareness and a deeper connection to the world.
